WPW Vortex Air Flotation

Vortex Air Flotation uses the aerator working principle, where the high-speed rotation of the diffuser impeller at the bottom of the air delivery tube creates a vacuum zone in the water. Air from the surface is drawn in to fill the vacuum, generating microbubbles that rise spirally to the surface, simultaneously dissolving oxygen into the water.

The WPW Vortex Air Flotation system is widely used in algae-laden raw water pre-treatment, landscape water aeration and purification, black-odour river remediation and oxygenation, and aquaculture water quality improvement, providing an efficient and economical solution for water body ecosystem restoration.

Technical Features

  • check_circleGenerates high-density microbubbles for efficient suspended matter flotation removal
  • check_circleSimultaneous aeration and oxygenation — dual-function in one device
  • check_circleNo external gas source required; self-priming air supply reduces operating costs
  • check_circleSimple installation and operation; suitable for various open water environments
