Water Treatment Expert · High-Efficiency Physical-Chemical Technology
The WPQ Shallow Air Flotation is an advanced rapid flotation system that, building on traditional flotation theory, successfully applies the 'shallow layer theory' and 'zero velocity' principle. The main unit comprises the tank, rotating water distribution mechanism, dissolved gas release mechanism, frame mechanism, and water collection mechanism.
Compared with conventional dissolved air flotation, it reduces equipment footprint by 70% with a much shorter hydraulic retention time. It is suitable for treating wastewater containing oils, suspended solids, algae, and other impurities, widely used in industrial wastewater, municipal sewage treatment, and water body purification.
70% smaller footprint than conventional DAF; ideal for sites with tight space constraints
Short hydraulic retention time; rapid, efficient solid-liquid separation
360° rotating water distribution creates stable, uniform hydraulic conditions for consistent performance
Petroleum, food processing and similar industries
Primary treatment and tertiary polishing
Drinking water source algae removal
Activated sludge concentration treatment
