Water Treatment Expert · High-Efficiency Physical-Chemical Technology
The WPG Combined Dissolved Air Flotation unit consists of a flotation tank, dissolved gas system, dissolved water return pipeline, dissolved water release device, sludge scraper, and electrical control system.
The system features pressurised dissolved air flotation technology. Dissolved air water is released through micro-pore release devices into extremely fine microbubbles (20–40 μm) that adhere to suspended particles, oils, fibres and other impurities, causing them to float to the surface where the sludge scraper removes them. It offers high removal efficiency for SS, COD, BOD, and oils, and is widely applied to industrial wastewater and municipal sewage pre-treatment.
Bubble diameter 20–40 μm; high specific surface area for efficient adhesion to suspended particles, oils and fibres
SS removal rate > 90%, oil removal rate > 95%; excellent pre-treatment for subsequent biological processing
PLC automated control for unattended operation with stable, reliable performance
Petrochemical and food processing industries
Paper, textile and printing & dyeing industries
Primary treatment and pre-treatment
Intermediate water recycling and reuse
