The Yinjiang KtYY Prefabricated Medical Wastewater Treatment System is a dedicated medical wastewater treatment system developed specifically for all types of hospitals. Adopting a skid-mounted product model with standardised production, installation, and modular construction, it features a short construction cycle and strong adaptability. It can be customised for different hospital needs, and through semi-underground or fully underground installation its functional structures blend perfectly with the landscape. The system comprises a pre-treatment system, the KtHS biochemical treatment system, the KtLS disinfection & sterilisation system, and a sludge treatment system.
The KtYY system — a proprietary patented technology of Yinjiang Environmental — ensures stable compliance of effluent sanitary indicators including faecal coliforms, COVID-19 virus, intestinal pathogens, and Mycobacterium tuberculosis, meeting the required discharge or reuse standards for high-pollution medical wastewater from all categories of infectious disease and general medical institutions.
The system is managed via Yinjiang's Alibaba Cloud-based environmental IoT management platform — a smart medical wastewater station management platform — enabling real-time online water quality monitoring, remote comprehensive perception and real-time control of equipment operating status, leveraging mobile internet technology for better information sharing among all stakeholders to ensure long-term, efficient project operation.
